If your item is out of stock, we will advise you by email, and inform you when new stock arrives.
With some out of stock items, a 28 day delivery period may apply.

We can deliver your parcel to your home, or workplace where someone will be able to sign for its safe receipt.

If you require an item to be despatched urgently, please telephone or email us with your details, and we will do our best to
meet your requirements, subject to stock availability.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Overseas orders are welcome, and postage will be charged at cost. Please contact us for a quotation.
All taxes and duties incurred once the shipment has reached the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

We are happy to giftwrap your order using good quality tissue and ribbon. We will also write a gift tag for you.

We want you to be delighted with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,
please return the item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.The item must be unused , undamaged, and retain the original labels and packaging. Sale items and personalised goods are not returnable or refundable.
Please note that we do not give exchanges or refunds on items returned after 14 days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please include a copy of the invoice, and state the reason for returning the item. Ensure that your parcel is packaged appropriately
for return, clealy labelled with your name and address on the back of the package.
Return postge costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
We recommend that you return items using Recorded Delivery with a proof of posting, as we canniot accept responsibility
for items lost or damaged in transit.
All exchange orders will be charged postage at the standard rate.
We aim to process any returns within 28 days of you posting the goods back to us.
Please note that all FAULTY ITEMS will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments, and this may take up to 30 days to resolve. We will keep you informed by email.
